Seems like this announcementwould normally have caused us to gap up but instead we're bogged down by mistrust. Not unfounded mistrust either but it's interesting how much perception can have an effect.
DOD won't be for another half year though so it's still a waiting game for me, but hopeful as it seems progress is being made.
