Not overly relying upon the Chinese for a start. They need to get there products into supermarkets here and get the Daigous to start buying. Then the Chinese based businesses will start buying. It is just commonsense for the Chinese to do it that way. Easiest way to find out if any products are worthwhile importing into China.
They seem to be doing well with Dairy. The rest is opaque still.
