Something has to be wrong here??

Why would TTY do a placement for 21.5m shares @ $1 when it can't be possible if there is only 4070 holders?

4070 x 5000 shares = 20.3 mil shares.

The maximum they could ever raise is $20.3mil if every holder subscribed for the full amount.

There has to be more then 4070 share holders!
