Yes, I do know how blockchain technology works and I do know the difference between bitcoin, Ethereum and the rest. I have no opposition to the technology, but we are seeing a classic old bubble right now. Anyone with some experience behind them can recognise a bubble.
I think crypto currencies are going to crash shortly and destroy the wealth of many young and naive speculators. I would only place as much money in it as I am willing to lose. It's a complete gamble and the crash is not a matter of "if" but "when".
