Aside from the fact that it's highly unlikely they'd require 1mm tolerance, and that FBR would mention that the outcome may vary in extreme climates, you do realize the robot doesn't have a mind of its own right? The complete build is programmed into the robot utilizing CAD software and maybe a bit of code to set parameters. An engineer would oversee the design phase, account for the glue viscosity and the robot would build exactly as it was told to within a 1mm tolerance. So the robot doesn't have to compensate for anything, the designers and engineers do, it has nothing to do with optimization. I'm starting to wonder if you actually know what that word means. That being said, your entire post is absurd. FBR don't have to agree to any terms they aren't comfortable with.
