There really needs to be some investigation of the voting at AGMs - apart from Genner's possible lack of full disclosure (illegal?) there are employee shareholders who probably don't dare vote against the directors pilfering from shareholders!
The annual Report covers reporting period to 30 June before satellite Bs was announced however just 19mths ago Jerker Genner was telling & sundry that Sheik F@rknuts was not only going to bring contracts in the 10s of Ms but also get his Dubai mates buying up big. also was talking about Dubai listing. However Boulder Steel, also with F@rknuts on board halved its price on listing in Dubai?
