I think the announcement said an estimated $21.5 Million, who cares really as up until date of record of shareholders they will not know how many shareholders there are.
Mayor shareholders Crawley and OM will get 13Million Shares and 5.4 Million Shares respectively which makes this issue well in excess of $21.5Million I personnaly will not be taking up the issue as the return at current prices represents a return of only 0.05% of my holding and further to the above was this issue fully underwritten?
