So you think it's fair that the very same people who've had to drop their own pay packets because of shareholder backlash are able to allocate more shares to themselves than anyone else after they've virtually hit no targets they've previously announced (at least publicly)?
This IMO still shows they think they're better than other shareholders, let them get the same amount as everyone else, better still let them get what they ask for with the stipulation that if they don't hit these espoused targets they return the shares!
