I am not disagreeing with any of the posts above, I think Pybar has caused WPG to be in the position they are in now. As far as the outcome of legal action is concerned we are throwing darts with a blindfold on. We may wish an outcome and commonsense may tell us that this is what should happen but a judge will look at the law and the contract. I do not think any of us is an expert here and I repeat my previous comment I watch with much interest.
