this is a totally crazy situation. gdp at 3.9% and the fed is probably going to cut rates. due to the fed slashing rates, the u.s. economy is more likely to be eventually killed by inflation (and ours) than the housing market.
anyway....off to bed for a couple of hours. back for the fed decision.
