I don't think it's down ramping at all. If you agree that a consolation needs to happen, then think about it logically and from the viewpoint of what is best for shareholders over the longer term. Look at any successful, listed small cap stock and you'll nearly always see a tight capital structure with major shareholders owning a large percentage of the company. AUZ struggles in that area and the SP will suffer for it.
Everything else about this company is hunky dory imo.
Lol, if my comments are 'scaring others into selling', then good help us all! People shouldn't be investing in spec stocks if that's the case.
