Hi Zeeshan,

You are not missing anything here,
I bought my first lot of RVR at the beginning of this year and paid 25 cents for it.
Now they are in production and you can still buy them for 25 cents , this is normal.
If you do not believe this then ask some other posters here they will keep telling you it is normal.
My money was sitting there doing nothing for nearly one year , I know that is also normal.
