Beard fizzer in the sense that after two years people hoped/expected a bold majority or total acquisition - not a 20% interest in a company with great potential.
Don't get me wrong, I like the play in itself, it's just not the big wow come out party many hoped for after two years of waiting - so from that point, a bit of a fizzer.
