"Norm Shierlaw's greatest role was as chairman of Poseidon No Liability when it became the most spectacular boom stock in Australia's history, soaring from $1 a share in September 1969 to $280 in February 1970.

The October 1 statement proved wrong. The average mine grade at Windarra would be only half the 3.56 per cent nickel that had been announced and Burrill had no basis for announcing the grade."

In the case of SRG, are "Spot XRF Portable" analyses accurate enough on which to base a significant quantitative analysis Announcement? Only time will tell.
