Don't think you've thought this through.

Do you really think that every employee at CBA will be given the NOR service? Tellers wont need it, call centre staff wont need it, superannuation and insurance departments are unlikely to need it.

Banks procure by department, or per subsidiary, not on a 'whole of bank' basis. So the numbers would have to discount Bankwest, Colonial First State, Commsec. That are included in the 44,000 staff numbers.

How many are you left with? Not 25,000 (or any number close to that)
