Unfortunately we have convertible notes hanging over our heads and looking to be spending all the money on some wild oil dream. I see so many of these things fail its crazy !
To add to the problem more dilution is starting to lower the significant shareholder list .. Take a pay cut for shareholders
I see fair value of DGR at .08¢ or sub $5o million market cap
