I would think that any signed offtake agreement would certainly be conditional upon final approval of samples from the pilot plant but, could well be earlier with a conditional memorandum of understanding by a canny buyer wishing to get in front of any other buyers; it depends on BB and the Board’s stance of where the best value to AUZ lies in these circumstances
