My reading of announcement alotment is based on brackets 301 shares to 700,000 get 60 percent of they monies worth or 60 percent of the $15k.
Those with less than 300 shares get nothing. Maybe its to eliminate zombie holdings. Maybe they will buy these back to minimise super tiny holdings.
If holding is worth $15 it costs more for the company to send communications out to then the value of their shares.
