That could be a possibility but when the asx put a halt on the amazon announcement pending more information, it would seem that everything was approved by the asx that everything is above board...

I would have thought if your theory was correct the asx would have had GSW come forward with this information before allowing investors to throw their hard earned in.
In fact I don't think it is right that GSW announce amazon without the information that goes with it.
