If I'm YUM or Amazon, I'll sign on right away. I bear zero risk whatsoever. I'm not committing to volumes or to even use them. What do I have to lose?

All major commercial agreements would include a pilot as part of the deal.

You are just scaremongering here with this line of reasoning.
