He guys, can somebody explain how this deal should work?
Am I right in my assumptions that basically they take over all shares for the current value (means basically cash in the bank minus certain liabilities) + US$ 5.75 (thereofe 4.75 immediately and 1m if certain milestones have been achieved).
Can somebody explain me how this should work? Will the shareholders get an initial payment for the shares and then subsequent deferred payments when then milestones are met?
....and...by the way...if the THING really goes in to production than the CU price will be on a level where we could sell Kitumba also for a multiple.
They will not get my okay on this.
The only positive thing out of this story: Basically impossible to sell the shares (if you have a larger number of them). Means: If I get cash I can buy something else.
However....this really a lowlight.
