if that is so obviously its not market sensitive info that u can tell a reporter but not shareholders.
so $1.17!..fine...but on the other side of the coin, whats my incentive to participate if it doesnt account for the dilution. would only hope the sp stays up. mxr went half way down to its placement puchase price. most do.
