Hmmmm interesting. Coinjar only trade in Bitcoin. Are based in London and their fees are not cheap.

I use CoinSpot and Independent Reserve. Both based in Australia and members of ADCA - Coinjar is not.
Yes there is a process of authenticating identification - I never had to wait as long as you did - I was up and ready and authenticated over a couple of days.

Both CoinSpot and Independent Reserve provide access to multiple crypto currencies as well as Tokens.

Having a number of years experience in Crypto as well as holding tokens, I would not go with an off-shore exchange.
