I've noticed for some time search results like the below one creeping in to my feeds. A common factor is the mention of HSV and a the php in the URL. When you go to the site it is a mishmash, often with no logical construction. It seems that there are plenty of computer generated sites like the one below, whether it is simply to generate traffic, or to be used as click bait for other nefarious purpose I do not know, but I suspect the report is one of those.
