For the record - I agree management should be paid for their work to date, but not by issuing shares to themselves, especially not at the current value and at the current time - may be later on once the crypto exchange is up and running.  The SOAR agreement was only signed 6 months ago and they're claiming back-payment of wages for - I believe/2 years ago
