At this rate we'll reach the 100 day moving average within a week, which is presently at .16. The Bollingers are actually being pushed open with the falling price ever since they were at their tightest on the 1st of the month.

Apparently the civil unrest is being played down as if it's nothing more than a bit if tumble on a Saturday afternoon's schoool boys football match.
