Let me get this right ...

So Miriori is elected Chairman at an AGM supervised by the courts, and has the register altered to reflect that - the courts also sign off

Daveona admits on camera he isn’t the SMLOLA Chairman

BOC can’t deal with SMLOLA, say they make out that Daveona is the Chairman to try to rush their illegitimate MOA through ...

They then get caught out, recieve a court injunction to stop it and mediation is requested by Miriori to resolve the leadership “issue” democratically

During mediation, parties try to railroad a resolution on the condition that BOC is supported at the Wardens Hearing for their EL application - Miriori doesn’t want to ever see the return of BOC, that wasn’t the point of mediation, and so he is happy to end mediation and let a court to decide his fate

Before a court hearing is even set, Daveona admits defeat, signs a settlement agreement and confirms he now supports RTG

i.e they strung it out till the last possible second, i.e when a court would make a ruling based on facts -

Now BOC have been obliterated at the Wardens Hearing, their only last avenue to grip onto is lodging an objection to the agreement between Miriori and Daveona ? And on such flippant grounds as he didn’t understand ? And not even by him, by someone on his behalf and not at his request ?
