you are 100% correct. PT posted either misleading information or illegal insider information at a semi-public message board. It is irrelevant if the stock is halted or not because you can trade shares outside the stock-exchanges. I informed HC about this and will contact ASX/ASIC as well. Such behaviour is not acceptable.
