You obviously know very little about either the sample submission or sample preparation and analysis procedures. Even though the samples are being prepped and analysed in Romania ALS have very good procedures which are strictly adhered to worldwide and if EUC wish to be able to use the drill samples in any JORC or NI estimate they will be submitting CRM's at a rate of 1 in 20 or better.
FYI samples are submitted with only a sample number - along with CRM's - the sample number is unique and very rarely identifiable. Samples undergo drying, crushing, pulverising with splits (riffle or cone) along the way to the point where a 100g charge sample of completely homogenous, pulverised rock is sent to the analytical lab from the preparatory lab.
ALS have a very good online tracking system whereby all results (measurements/analyses) can be viewed after completion however the Chemist in charge may well hold the analytical results of a batch if any samples return over range results or whilst other analytical checks are being undertaken. Only when the Chemist is happy that the labs internal check-samples are within prescribed ranges will the final results be posted.
A mining company may choose to announce preliminary results to the ASX however it must be labelled as such and generally not recommended.
