CNOOC UK is who we have the AMI with but CNOOC NEXEN, who operate in West Africa , could well be the Company that is involved with any Farm out deal on A2 .
That would conveniently and cleverly get round any fixed arrangement FAR had with CNOOC UK ...
It's just another rumour but certainly one that has some merit, now is CN actually in China...
