Off market trades are almost always done at a discount on an agreed VWAP.
There may be more coming out, and it appears the buyer could be RL.
Register reshuffle hitting a key juncture and we can only hope this clears the way for the SP to get back to it’s true value, which is much higher than 50 cents
Doing a simple DCF (w a modest growth rate) will tell you that.
