How about the thought that maybe they were trying to do the right thing and have the shareholders fully informed about progress prior to shareholder meeting?? Obviously the South African market got it and shot up 33% to R0.70 = A$0.07…. more than double ASX price....
It's 08h00 in South Africa at the moment and my understanding is the meeting is happening today, exactly as announced and moreso that it's the minimum time allowed by the regulators. It appears to me that Management are doing what they said they would which is delivering continued success?
