Interesting analysis. If Tiof is estimated to be worth 40 cents to WPL then its worth something similar to HDR - because of the 21.6% HDR equity vs 35% for WPL and 480m HDR shares vs over 1bn WPL (HDR has 62% of the WPL's equity spread over half as many shares).

It will move higher once the uncertainty regarding the reserve estimate is resloved (hopefully upwards) and then continue upwards with Poune drilling and Chinguetti development approval (in December).
