Actually my point solely referred to the financial capacity of those you referred to as poor.... a reference to low wage earners that had nothing to do with sick and needy.
It was two pointed. One was to show that a low wage in this country is not an excuse to live poorly. Secondly to show that laying this at the feet of Howard is poor form.
