The US BKX (Banks) index topped on Armstrong's high late Feb and has been down ever since.
That leg doesn't bottom till about next March 21 so financials could be in trouble till then.
As well as an 8.6 year cycle he has 8.6 months so mid Nov is worth watching for a change in trend.
