Everone is entitled to their own opinions . I personaly feel that PIL does not need Tanami and the issuing of shares to Tanami at 20 cents is below the share price of PIL and is dilutionary as far as holders of PIL are concerned who may have paid 20 cents plus . It is bad news in my opinion.
Furthermore there is a common Director of the 2 companies as far as I remember.
If the Directors Of PIL have not done so then Shareholders of PIl should ask to see the proof of arms length fairness as to price of the issue of shares to Tanami IMHO.Even today they were trading at 25.5 cents and a 20 cent issu price is a 21 % discount to that.
PIL shares could well be worth a lot more than 20 Cents for a share issue, PIL has good tenements .
It would be good to see a third party take a large interest in PIL say a North American Company , a company other than Tanami, such as PIL's Joint venture Partner Inmet.
If Tanami carries out a share issue itself and does not use all the funds for its own tenements is it saying that it is better to use some of that money to invest in the shares of PIL, what does that say about the quality of Tanami's own tenements .
