If I'm right then ASX would have forced a re-structure on the company or forced Chapter 2 conditions, Neither are very welcome. Splitting Cougar into two bits made sense to get round this problem, but left the question marks you mention.

Any other theories? Either way, I wonder if the Quarterlys are being held up by something significant, and CXY got permission to delay a few days or so?
