Got the email from Akela and will do some research over the weekend - one thing stuck out to me was the fact the company would be the only private tenant holder in that region. If that means the rest of the land is government controlled I will be keeping my distance, in a place like Serbia what's to stop the government revoking our tenant rights as soon as they start making money??
