Can any body point me to a company that has done "Omni Channel" sales/marketing and done well with it.
Basically unless they have a really unique product they are competing on the web against a guy in China with direct access to the manufacturer and cheap postage.
It seems online sales are just ripping the margin out of the physical store sales...
