Just ring them.. I rang them last week or so Spoke to Jonathan... all this is because they didn't submit a one page cleansing notice.. now, notices dating way back. ASIC won't let them go to court till they provide the goods etc... He was of the opinion it's the ASX/ ASIC making a big deal .. and they've done nothing wrong. Ring if you can get thru... make them sweat!
