The proposed oil law was Ghedi's baby
The law makers refused to debate it, which proves that it was an extremely unpopular baby contrived by an even more unpopular daddy.
The baby was thrown out with the bath water as it would have been quite simply unconstitutional.....
Why........because you need a constitution first of all as the work frame in which to debate and pass legislation .
The TFG have no constitution.
I doubt if they really have genuinely elected mp's.
They have a long way to go just to catch up with the Puntland govt.
The constitution will probably be passed years after the oil fields and minerals have been trued up...
Then...when they know what they have got, they might debate potential legislation relevant to it....
My guess.....2010/2011
RRS SP IN 2010 MY GUESS.... $20
