You would also have to think RFG are going to have to offer a new deal for franchisees, to help right the ship.
That would no doubt shift more rewards to the franchisees, at a cost to RFG's bottom line.
That might be some tough medicine, but would at least lay the foundations for both franchisor and franchisee success in the long run.
