I received my paperwork in Monday's mail (we get mail 3 days a week at my place)
I waited for Wednesday's mail - no paperwork for my son.
He rang Link Market Services first thing yesterday (Thursday) to ask for an email copy of of booklet (all he needed was the ref. so he could xfer funds) and still no email so he rang again at around 4pm to be told the team were flat out trying to deal with all the complaints.
He rang APX head office to see if they could do anything, lady there said she didn't know anything about any issues with undelivered mail as it was Link's job.
He suggested she call Link to ask what was going on, she called him back to say she couldn't get anybody to answer the phone.
Email arrived sometime later last night, he paid his $15k and crossed his fingers.
Not a great example of how to do a job properly from Link.
