My question is very simple ( an I keep hammering it ..in your words "broken record"):

Why minorities do not test strength of their claims ( "knowledge of wrong doing ") in courts and push Z to negotiation table ? This is only "trump card " you have if the "value " of this claims exist.

I get that there is large group of followers of Mr. X or Mac here but beyond belief in what they write do not you question the logic(despite how twisty stories are...) ...otherwise it looks like it is turning here in religious cult...

Has Mr. X or Mac guaranteed you anything or you just enjoy reading their post ?

So, if you have some evidence which you believe of a "value" go and test in in court and push Z to negotiation table ...

Otherwise ... it will be as Rod said very slow road ...
