This is what I believe is happening...

A CR is going to be done for the plant upgrade and a VWAP is being set. Remember there are people already in the know well before us retailers know.

The participating broker has been mandated to set it up. If this is so then it will be transformational for the company as the plant will be able to process all types of ore.

I will participate if this is true.

Just my thoughts.
