This was an official,announcement thru the NZX this morning.
If this was incorrect:-
1. It would not have been posted by the NZX
2. The NZX would have retracted it and called a trading halt
3. Therefor it is correct and comes into effect on the 18th.

I can only concur that the ASX altered the status on the pre-inclusion ASX 100 notice.
However, inclusion is officially announced the 3rd Friday of December, so the official announcement is still to come in that respect.

Admission to the S&P/ASX 100 and S&P/NZX 10 Indices

The a2 Milk Company Limited is pleased to advise of its admission to the
S&P/ASX 100 Index effective from 14 December 2017.

This is in addition to a recent announcement from S&P Dow Jones Indices that
the Company would be admitted to the S&P/NZX 10 Index effective at the open
of trading on 18 December 2017.
