With 90mill CXY shares already, LW is a very wealthy man if Cougar succeeds ... what possible use or benefit could he gain from several tens of millions of dollars more from a double vend. I go with FF's explanation.

I would think that LW's financial future is already secure and that he is driven for professional satisfaction and possibly for vindication of past disappointments.
