ADY top 20 Shareholders as at 26 October 2007 (as per ADY website) lists the top 2 as:
1 ANZ NOMINEES LIMITED CASH INCOME A/C 272,215,686 - 28.26%
2 HSBC CUSTODY NOMINEES (AUSTRALIA) LIMITED - A/C 2 26,099,585 - 2.71%
Apendix 3a of the SSN lists that 70,000,000 of the 78,900,000 million shares were purchased as far back as the 9th October 2007.
Therefore, the SSN must apply to some of the shares held under the ANZ Nominees Limited Cash Income A/C.
