Cartex - I have met people like you who think they know it all and I can imagine PC thinking "duh why didn't we think of that". You are addressing the wrong people if you require definitive answers. Any experienced professional running a company of this type would have gone through your points with a fine tooth comb and coming up with contingency plans where applicable.
Your post is generally school boy stuff coated in business terminology to confuse, so if you think you are being clever, you're not.
The last administration nearly eliminated Triton with their cavalier running of the company so you are assuming the new management are going into this with their eyes closed.
If you want real answers to your points contact PC whom I am sure will be happy to address your points rather than you coming on here playing devils advocate or whatever your game is.
