atomou. perhaps you would like to explain the reason for your bemusement. I assume that given this is a share forum that you hold stakes of varying sizes in some companies, democratically run companies I would hope. I take it that you would expect that the weight your voice carries is no more or no less than the weight of your holdings in said companies, or are you an advocate of each shareholder only having one equal vote.
